As a software engineer with a strong focus on UX design, I am dedicated to bridging the gap between technical functionality and a great user experience.
2011-2023
2011: I started my Computer Science Degree at Universidad Veracruzana while working at Picabu Potocabine (I was in that customer service role until 2019).
2015: I interned as a data analyst at Xalapa City Hall. I was responsible for collecting, organizing, and interpreting large volumes of data to extract meaningful insights and support decisions.
2016: After graduating, I got a job as an English and Graphic Design teacher at Ricardo Flores Magon a recognized high school in Veracruz. Later that year, I joined Schooltek as a Frontend Developer to help them create an accessible website and web app that improved communication between schools, parents, and students in schools in the United States, Mexico, and Brazil.
2016-2020: I Joined Servicios de Salud de Veracruz as a data analyst to help them create meaningful data health reports. In 2019 I joined a team as a product manager to coordinate a cross-functional team of 15 people to create a web application based on AngularJS that was useful and accessible for doctors, nurses, and patients. Also, in charge of creating research activities to gather feedback from users.
2021-2022: I moved to Chicago and started working in different areas of Target, which allowed me to gain confidence in sales as a bilingual customer service representative.
